Gift Box Manufacturing Process

1. Design: Create a pattern based on the requirements, culture, and product characteristics. Then, produce a sample based on the blueprint. Gift boxes emphasize aesthetics, so the colors of the samples are varied. Typically, a single gift box comes in not only the four basic colors but also several specialty colors, such as gold and silver.
2. Handmade bamboo basket packaging: Pure and original, with a novel design, durability, and a low-carbon, environmentally friendly feel. It can be widely used for packaging agricultural and sideline products such as fruits, mushrooms, eggs, food, and preserved foods.
3. Cardboard selection: Gift boxes are typically made from cardboard or long cardboard. For high-end wine packaging and gift packaging, cardboard with a thickness of 3mm-6mm is often used, with the outer decorative surface manually laminated and glued together.
4. Printing: Gift boxes only use printed wrapping paper; the mounting paper is not printed, or at most, dyed. Because gift boxes serve as outer packaging, printing requires a high level of craftsmanship. Color variations, ink spots, and poor printing quality are crucial.
5. Surface treatment: Gift box wrapping paper typically undergoes surface treatment, with common treatments being gloss lamination, matte lamination, UV coating, varnish, and matte varnish.
6. Beveling: Beveling is a crucial step in the printing process. Accurate beveling requires precise die cutting. Improper beveling, uneven beveling, or uneven beveling will affect subsequent processing.
7. Mounting: Printed items are typically mounted first and then beveling, but gift boxes are uniquely designed to be beveled first and then mounted. This is primarily to prevent damage to the wrapping paper and, secondly, to ensure the overall aesthetic of the gift box, the mounting paper must be handmade to achieve a desired aesthetic.
