In 2018, our company went to Las Vegas to attend a trade show. There was a couple from the United States, who were engaged in jewelry making. They wore heart-shaped diamond necklaces around their necks. They had been married for 20 years and cared for each other. A few days ago, an Austrian client contacted us, expressing their dissatisfaction with the square boxes and requesting some boxes with special structures. We were inspired by the heart-shaped necklace and arranged the workers to make molds to cut the special side panels. Since they were irregular and difficult to shape, we overcame the challenge.
